This machine is designed for automatic functions such as winding, transverse cutting, labeling, tape wrapping, and automatic roll changing for fiberglass fabrics like mesh cloth and expanded gauze.

2.Both unwinding and winding are driven by servo motors, featuring high control precision, excellent starting performance, and controllable tension.
3.The winding speed can reach 100m/min, and the maximum unwinding diameter can be up to 1600mm.
4.The winding servo motor is linked with the traction device, actively winding the air expansion shaft, allowing adjustable winding tension and winding density.
5.Upon reaching the set length, the cutter makes a transverse cut, and the fabric roll is wrapped with tape bearing the label.
6.The push plate moves the fabric roll out, and the winding device applies adhesive tape to the head end of the new fabric, which rotates together with the pneumatic shaft to complete the winding function. Then, the winding servo rapidly increases speed to form the roll.
7.The machine can wind glass fiber cloth rolls of various thicknesses.
Two options are available: paper-free tube and paper tube.
