This machine is designed for automatic winding, automatic cross-cutting, automatic labeling, tape wrapping, and automatic roll changing of fiberglass fabrics such as mesh cloth and bulked yarn fabric.

2.Both winding and unwinding use servo motors, offering high control precision, excellent starting performance, and adjustable tension.
3.Winding speed up to 100 m/min, winding length: 10–50 m, maximum unwinding diameter up to 1600 mm.
4.Fabric width series: 1100mm, 1500mm.
5.The winding servo motor is linked with the traction device, actively winding the inflatable shaft, and allows adjustment of winding tension and winding density.
6.When the set length is reached, the cutting blade cuts transversely, and the tape with a label wraps around the fabric roll.
7.The push plate moves the fabric roll out, and the rewinding device applies adhesive tape to the leading edge of the new fabric, rotating together with the inflatable shaft to complete the winding process. Then, the winding servo quickly accelerates to achieve rapid winding.
8.The machine can roll fiberglass cloth of various thicknesses.
9.Optional paperless tube and paper tube options are available.
