1.With the warp knitting high life trolley, pre-assembled warp beams weighing up to 2500kg are picked with belts from the assembling rack and are mounted into the knitting machine.
2.The vehicle can also be used in restricted spaces due to its short design.
3.Polyurethane running wheels mounted one behind the other in an oscillating manner to low ground contact pressure with high stability.
4.Direct transport from the warehouse or the weaving preparation area to the knitting machine, without having to handle the warp beams in between.
5.Operations can be performed with belts.
6.Smooth control of lifting and lowering as well as swiveling up and down.
7.Smooth forward and backward moving of reach mast.
